Issue of Equity

Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 31 May 2007 it allotted and issued
100,929 new Series 3 Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the offer for
subscription at a price of 100p. The new shares increase the issued share
capital to 30,977,172 Ordinary Shares, 15,635,524 Series 2 Ordinary Shares and
4,958,036 Series 3 Ordinary Shares.
