Net Asset Values
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that the unaudited net asset values per share of
the Company as at close of business on 31 July 2008 were:
At bid price
(cum income)
Ordinary 1p Share 60.3 pence
Series 2 Ordinary 1p Share 78.5 pence
Series 3 Ordinary 1p Share 81.2 pence
The Board is aware of the recent announcement from HMRC accepting that VAT
suffered on management fees by VCTs in the last three years can be reclaimed.
They have started discussions with the Manager to establish the quantum of such
VAT that each of the above funds will eventually recover. The Board does not at
this stage believe that the impact of any reclaim will be material to each net
asset value.
