Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that the unaudited net asset value per share of
the Company as at close of business on 21 March 2011 was:

Ordinary 1p Share                   109.6 pence

This figure will be used for calculating the issue price of New Ordinary Shares
under the Offer for Subscription to raise up to £15 million, launched on 14
December 2010.
