Offer for Subscription and Issue of Prospectus
Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") has today launched an offer for
subscription for ordinary shares of 1p each to raise up to £15 million ("the
Offer"). Full details of the Offer are contained in a prospectus ("the
Prospectus"), which was published by the Company today.
The Offer opens today and will close at 12.00 p.m. on 30 June 2011 (unless
fully subscribed by an earlier date or otherwise extended or closed at the
Directors' discretion). Persons intending to apply for ordinary shares under
the Offer for the 2010/2011 tax year should note that the deadline for such
applications is 12.00 p.m. on 5 April 2011.
The Prospectus has been submitted to the Financial Services Authority and will
shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is
