AGM Statement

Unicorn AIM VCT plc is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the
Annual General Meeting held today, 25 January 2008, were approved by
Shareholders.

A quorum was not present at any of the separate class meetings of Ordinary
Shareholders, S2 Shareholders and S3 Shareholders held today and these were
adjourned until 11.20 am, 11.25 am and 11.30 am respectively on Monday, 28
January 2008.
