Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of shares in Unicorn AIM
VCT plc in issue as at close of business on 31 December 2013 was as follows:

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Unicorn AIM VCT plc is

interest in, or a change to their interest in, Unicorn AIM VCT plc under the
FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
