Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on Friday, 30 March 2007 it purchased
140,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 91.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 30,977,172 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and
15,635,524 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
