Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 25 March 2009 it purchased 290,554
Ordinary Shares at a price of 27.5 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 30,558,246 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each, 14,764,738 Series 2 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each and 4,958,036 Series
3 Ordinary Shares and 1 pence each in issue.
