Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 7 August 2009 it purchased 70,900
Ordinary Shares at a price of 39 pence per share and 90,067 Series 2 Shares at
a price of 52.5 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 30,487,346 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each, 14,674,671 Series 2 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each and 4,958,036 Series
3 Ordinary Shares and 1 pence each in issue.
