Purchase of shares for cancellation

Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 11 September 2009 it purchased 120,225
Ordinary Shares at a price of 42.5 pence per share and 125,000 Series 2 Shares
at a price of 50.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 30,367,121 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each, 14,549,671 Series 2 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each and 4,958,036 Series
3 Ordinary Shares and 1 pence each in issue.
