Purchase of shares for cancellation

Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 12 July 2010 it purchased 35,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 78.0 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 60,078,214 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each in issue.
