Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 9 March 2012 it purchased 350,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 72.0 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 58,117,481 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each in issue.
