Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 9 October 2012 it purchased 250,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 85.0 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 57,396,506 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each in issue.
