Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 9 May 2013 it purchased 240,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 89.0 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 57,303,956 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each in issue.
