Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 7 September 2012 it purchased 160,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 79.0 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 57,646,506 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each in issue.
