Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 10 September 2013, it purchased 219,046
Ordinary Shares at a price of 105.0 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 56,767,691 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny
each in issue.
