Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 10 October 2013, it purchased 150,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 111.0 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 56,617,691 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny
each in issue.
