Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 28 June 2006 it purchased 60,000 Ordinary
Fund Shares at a price of 87.0 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 32,112,172 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and
15,665,524 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
