Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on Monday, 5 March 2007 it purchased 30,000
S2 Ordinary Shares at a price of 116.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 31,117,172 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and
15,635,524 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
