Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 6 June 2007 it purchased 495,022 Series 2
Ordinary Shares at a price of 113.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 30,977,172 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence,
15,140,502 Series 2 Ordinary Shares and 4,958,036 Series 3 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
