Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 8 June 2007 it purchased 138,107 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 94.50 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 30,839,065 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence,
15,140,502 Series 2 Ordinary Shares and 4,958,036 Series 3 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
