CHARLIE CORNISH
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, United Utilities PLC announces the
appointment of Charlie Cornish as Managing Director, Business Development. His
new role will focus his considerable operational experience at United Utilities
on business development and growth opportunities in line with the group's
growth strategy based on using its core skills in selected markets. Charlie
retains his responsibilities for the company's energy and contracting division.
He remains an executive board director of United Utilities PLC.
