BOARD CHANGE
CHARLIE CORNISH TO LEAVE UNITED UTILITIES
Following the signing of various agreements to sell the majority of United
Utilities' non-regulated interests, Charlie Cornish, Managing Director Utility
Solutions, will be leaving the group later in the year, after over six years on
the Board. Charlie will be taking up a new position with Manchester Airport as
its Chief Executive Officer.
Philip Green, Chief Executive, said:
"Charlie has been an important part of our work to improve operational
performance and more recently has been integral in successfully agreeing the
disposals of a number of our non-regulated businesses. I would like to thank
Charlie for his significant contribution and wish him every success in his new
role."
