the year ended 31 March 2009 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are now

United Utilities Group PLC announced its Final Results on 28 May 2009 in
accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General
Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2009, are available for
