UNITED UTILITIES REGULATORY UPDATE
After careful consideration, the Board of United Utilities Water PLC has today
confirmed to Ofwat that it expects to submit its revised business plan,
covering the 2015-20 period, by 27 June 2014.
This will enable the company to fully consider the detailed feedback received
from Ofwat and other stakeholders, ahead of submitting its revised plan.
In line with the existing price review timetable, this submission date means
that Ofwat's draft determination in respect of the company's business plan is
scheduled to be published on 29 August 2014 and the final determination on 12
December 2014.
