Directorate change
The Company announces the resignation of Gerald Gold as a director and the
appointment of Ronald Edward Stirling, aged 64, as a non-executive director
with effect from 7th October, 2004.
Mr Stirling currently holds 500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.5 per cent.
of the issued share capital of the Company, and is currently a director of the
following companies:
The Niche Group PLC
American Collections (Europe) Limited
Fastnet Investments Limited
In the past five years, Mr Stirling has also been a director of the following
companies:
Abbcott Properties Limited
Devere Publishing Group Limited
Hay and Robertson Plc
Mr Stirling was appointed a director of Hay and Robertson plc in October 2003,
to assist in a financial rescue for that company. The rescue could not be
implemented and a liquidator was appointed on 12th February, 2004.
Mr Stirling has confirmed that there is no further information required to be
disclosed under paragraph 15 of the AIM Rules.
