                                Issue of equity                                

The Company announces that it has issued 56,667 new ordinary shares of 6p each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 12p per share in respect of services
provided. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 3 December 2007
("Admission"). On Admission the Company will have 31,613,097 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
