Flotation of first investment

Vela Technologies, the investing company focussing on early stage and pre-IPO
technology investments, is pleased to note the successful flotation on AIM of
Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT) on 29 April 2014, raising £10 million
with a strong level of support from institutional investors. The Company
invested £100,000 in October 2013 in Rosslyn Analytics Ltd., RDT's main
operating subsidiary in the UK, and its resultant shareholding in RDT is
303,368 ordinary shares. Rosslyn Data Technologies is the first of the
Company's investment portfolio to achieve flotation.

RDT's cloud-based service provides a fast and efficient way for companies to
use and understand their data. Vela Technologies is confident that RDT will
show strong growth as companies look to utilise its services.
