London - VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited, the London Stock Exchange Main Market traded investment company established to target key growth segments in Vietnam, and managed by VinaCapital Group (the “Manager”), announces that further to the announcement made on 15 November 2016, the Company can now confirm it has received the balance of the consideration, amounting to USD64.0 million.
