                       NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                        

The Company announces that the Second Annual General Meeting of the Company
will be held at the offices of Northern Trust International Fund Administration
Services (Guernsey) Limited, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port,
Guernsey on 29 July 2014 at 1.00pm.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report and Audited Financial
Statements for the period ending 31 December 2014 will be posted to
shareholders today.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report and Audited Financial
Statements will also shortly beavailable on the Company's website at
