The 2008 Annual Report and Financial Statements of the Company, together with
the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Card, were posted on
27 March 2009 to shareholders who had elected to receive the same in hard copy
format.

Two copies of these documents, together with two copies of the 2008 Summary
Financial Statements, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will
shortly be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility which is
