Pursuant to LR 9.6.14, the Company notes the announcement, earlier today, by
Gulf Marine Services PLC of its admission to the Official List and commencement
of unconditional dealing of its shares on the London Stock Exchange. Mike
Straughen, Group Director of HSSE, is also a non-executive director of Gulf
Marine Services PLC.
