On 5 June 2006 the Company announced that Mark Harry Papworth, a director of
the Company, purchased 4,140 shares on 2 June 2006.

The Company has now been advised that those shares were in fact purchased in 2
lots. The first lot, comprising of 414 shares was purchased on 2 June at a
price of £2.355058 per share. The second lot, comprising 3,726 shares was
purchased on 5 June at a price of £2.3625 per share. All other details in the
announcement dated 5 June 2006 were correct.
