NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS

DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with DR 3.1.2R(1)(a) the Company was informed that on 28 October
2008 the following transaction was made by a Director of the Company:

D John Ogren

Acquired 25,000 shares, being 0.005% of the share capital of the Company, at a
purchase price of US$2.80 per share (£1.795 per share based on an exchange rate
of $1.56:£1.00), such transaction taking place on the London Stock Exchange.

Following this transaction, Mr Ogren has a beneficial interest in 80,000
ordinary shares representing 0.015% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This acquisition was made as a long term investment in the Company.

The Company's issued capital consists of 527,836,720 ordinary shares with
voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
