NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with DR 3.1.2R(1)(a) the Company was informed that the following
transaction was made by a Director of the Company:
On 22 March 2011, Sir Ian C Wood, Chairman of the Company, transferred by an
off-market transfer, 252,200 shares, being 0.047% of the share capital of the
Company, to The Wood Family Trust ("Trust"), a registered charity, at nil
consideration. Sir Ian is a trustee of the Trust, in which he does not have a
beneficial interest.
Following this transaction, Sir Ian's beneficial interest in the shares of the
Company reduced to 27,608,963 ordinary shares, representing 5.21% of the issued
share capital of the Company and his non-beneficial interest increased to
63,487,278 shares, representing 11.97% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
The Company's issued capital consists of 530,266,720 ordinary shares with
voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
