NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS

DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that on 7 November
2011, Louise Papworth, the wife of Mark H Papworth a Director of the Company,
transferred 9,991 shares being 0.003% of the issued share capital of the
Company, by an off-market transaction at nil consideration, to Mr Papworth.

Mrs Papworth is a connected person of Mr Papworth for the purposes of DTR
3.1.2R.

On the same day, Mr Papworth sold 9,991 shares, being 0.003% of the issued
share capital of the Company, on the London Stock Exchange, at a price of £6.30
per share.

  

Following those transactions, Mrs Papworth holds 152,002 ordinary shares
representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr Papworth
has a beneficial interest in 3,298 ordinary shares representing 0.0009% of the
issued share capital of the Company and holds 140,000 share options.

The Company's issued capital consists of 369,375,384 ordinary shares with
voting rights.
