In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, and DTR3.1.4, the Company was informed that on
20 April 2011 Bob Keiller, a director of the Company, acquired 2,018,213
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, being the consideration shares
due to him in connection with the Company's acquisition of PSN, representing
0.373% of the share capital of the Company.
