NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS

DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that on 7 March 2012,
Louise Papworth, the wife of Mark H Papworth a Director of the Company,
transferred 42,000 shares being 0.011% of the issued share capital of the
Company, by an off-market transaction at nil consideration, to Mr Papworth.

Mrs Papworth is a connected person of Mr Papworth for the purposes of DTR
3.1.2R.

Following the transaction, Mrs Papworth holds 110,002 ordinary shares
representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr Papworth
holds 42,000 ordinary shares representing 0.011% of the issued share capital of
the Company and has a beneficial interest in 3,298 ordinary shares representing
0.0008% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds 140,000 share
options.

The Company's issued capital consists of 371,275,384 ordinary shares with
voting rights.
