   NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL   
                               RESPONSIBILITY OR                               

                               CONNECTED PERSONS                               

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, and DTR 3.1.4, the Company was informed that on
20 April 2011 the trustees of the Robert Keiller 2008 Children's Trust (the "
2008 Trust"), being Bob Keiller, a director of the Company, Lorraine Keiller,
Craig Sangster and Kay Sangster, acquired 504,544 ordinary shares in the
capital of the Company, being the consideration shares due to the 2008 Trust in
connection with the Company's acquisition of PSN, representing 0.09% of the
share capital of the Company.

 

Lorraine Keiller, as the wife of Bob Keiller and as a trustee of the 2008 Trust
is a connected person of Bob Keiller for the purposes of DTR 3.1.2R. Craig
Sangster and Kate Sangster are also connected persons of Bob Keiller by virtue
of being trustees of the 2008 Trust.   

 

Following this transaction Bob Keiller's interests in the shares of the Company
are as follows:

beneficial interest - 2,018,213 shares, representing 0.373% of the issued share
capital;

non-beneficial interest - 504,544 shares, representing 0.09% of the issued
share capital.
