NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS

DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, on 3 June 2013 the Company was advised that the
proceeds of dividends paid on 22 May 2013 on shares in the Company held on
behalf of the following Directors in connection with the Company's long term
incentive schemes were reinvested in shares in the Company on the London Stock
Exchange at a price of £8.47 per share.

Following these transactions, the interests of those Directors in shares in the
Company are as follows:

Mr Langlands holds 499,367 ordinary shares representing 0.134% of the issued
share capital of the Company, of which 390,716 shares are held directly and
108,651 restricted shares are held with a beneficial interest only. Mr
Langlands also holds 40,000 share options.

Mr Keiller holds 1,582,251 ordinary shares representing 0.424% of the issued
share capital of the Company, of which 1,577,990 shares are held directly and
4,261 restricted shares are held with a beneficial interest only. Mr Keiller
also has a non-beneficial interest in 392,423 ordinary shares representing
0.105% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds no share options.

Mr Semple holds 383,459 ordinary shares representing 0.103% of the issued share
capital of the Company, of which 297,782 shares are held directly and 85,677
restricted shares are held with a beneficial interest only. Mr Semple also
holds 40,000 share options.

Mr Dobler holds 14,307 ordinary shares representing 0.004% of the issued share
capital of the Company, of which 123 shares are held directly and 14,184
restricted shares are held with a beneficial interest only. Mr Dobler also
holds 30,000 share options.

Mr Straughen holds 145,394 ordinary shares representing 0.039% of the issued
share capital of the Company, of which 76,356 shares are held directly and
69,038 restricted shares are held with a beneficial interest only. Mr Straughen
also holds 40,000 share options.

Mr Watson holds 25,069 ordinary shares representing 0.007% of the issued share
capital of the Company, of which 20,098 shares are held directly and 4,971
restricted shares are held with a beneficial interest only. Mr Watson also
holds 80,000 share options.

The Company's issued capital consists of 373,175,384 ordinary shares with
voting rights.
