NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS

DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that on 15 May 2012,
Louise Papworth, the wife of Mark H Papworth a Director of the Company,
transferred 30,000 shares being 0.008% of the issued share capital of the
Company, by an off-market transaction at nil consideration, to Mr Papworth.

Mrs Papworth is a connected person of Mr Papworth for the purposes of DTR
3.1.2R.

Following the transaction, Mrs Papworth holds 80,002 ordinary shares
representing 0.021% of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr Papworth
holds 72,000 ordinary shares representing 0.019% of the issued share capital of
the Company, has a beneficial interest in 43,680 ordinary shares representing
0.012% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds 140,000 share
options.

The Company's issued capital consists of 371,275,384 ordinary shares with
voting rights.
