NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS

DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company has been informed that on 19
February 2014, Ian Marchant, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired
15,000 shares, being 0.004% of the share capital of the Company, on the London
Stock Exchange at a purchase price of £7.14 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Marchant has a beneficial interest in 22,777
ordinary shares representing 0.006% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company's issued capital consists of 375,075,384 ordinary shares with
voting rights.
