NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS

DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company has been informed that on 20
February 2014, Jeremy Wilson, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired
10,000 shares, being 0.003% of the share capital of the Company, on the London
Stock Exchange at a purchase price of £7.43 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Wilson has a beneficial interest in 10,000
ordinary shares representing 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company's issued capital consists of 375,075,384 ordinary shares with
voting rights.
