NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that Mark S Dobler, a
Director of the Company, completed the following transactions on 3 April 2013:
* exercised 25,000 share options granted on 1 April 2009 under the John Wood
Group PLC 2003 Long Term Retention Plan, being 0.007% of the issued share
capital of the Company, at an exercise price of £0.0333 per share; and
* sold 25,000 shares, being 0.007% of the issued share capital of the
Company, on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £8.62 per share.
The Company has also been advised that on 11 March 2013 Mr Dobler sold on the
London Stock Exchange 146 shares, being 0.00004% of the issued share capital of
the Company, at a price of £8.62 per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Dobler holds, with a beneficial interest only
14,488 restricted shares representing 0.004% of the issued share capital of the
Company. Mr Dobler also holds 30,000 share options.
The Company's issued capital consists of 373,175,384 ordinary shares with
voting rights.
