Directorate Change

John Wood Group PLC ("Wood Group") announces the following board changes.

In anticipation of the sale of the Company's Well Support division, Jim Renfroe
will step down from the Group Board at or prior to the Annual General Meeting.
Jim has been Group Director, Well Support since 2008.

The Company also confirms the appointment of Bob Keiller as an Executive
Director with effect from and subject to the completion of the acquisition of
Production Services Network Ltd ("PSN"). Bob is currently CEO of PSN and will
join the Group Board as CEO, Wood Group PSN.

There are no other details which require disclosure under Listing Rule LR
9.6.13R.
