In connection with the announcement today of the proposed formation of a joint
venture with Siemens for rotating equipment services, Wood Group confirms that

Mark will transfer to the new joint venture on its formation, becoming its CEO
and, in the interim, will continue as CEO of Wood Group GTS.
Allister Langlands, Chairman, said: "Mark has made a very significant
contribution to the development of our GTS business as a member of the senior
management team over many years and as CEO of Wood Group GTS since July 2012.
He has also made a valuable contribution to the Wood Group Board since joining
