Conversion of Subscription Shares
The Company's capital consists of ordinary shares of 25p, with each ordinary
share holding one voting right and also subscription shares conferring the
right to subscribe for ordinary shares. Following the exercise of 10,813
subscription shares, at 638p per share, in the period to the exercise date of
31 October 2011, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 43,522,263.
The Company has 25,000 ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC
is 43,497,263.
The total number of subscription shares in issue is 7,810,460.
The ordinary shares were issued under the Company's block listing facility.
