The Board of Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Doug McCutcheon as an independent non-executive Director of
the Company, with immediate effect.
Based in Toronto, Canada and both a Canadian and UK citizen, Mr McCutcheon acts
as an independent investor and consultant, specialising in the provision of
strategic and financing advice. He is the former head of UBS Healthcare
Investment Banking for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with over 25 years'
experience as an investment banker, 16 of which specialising in the global
healthcare sector.
Mr McCutcheon's appointment will be proposed to shareholders for ratification
at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in July 2013.
There is no further information to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13R(2)
to (6).
