                               Interim Dividend                                

The Board has declared an interim dividend of 3.0p per share (interim dividend
2007: 3.0p per share) in respect of the year ended 31 March 2008. Such dividend
will be paid on 25 July 2008 to shareholders on the register on 20 June 2008.
The shares will go ex-dividend on 18 June 2008.
