                               Interim Dividend                                

The Board has declared an interim dividend of 8.5p per share (interim dividend
2009: 5.0p per share) in respect of the year ended 31 March 2010. Such dividend
will be paid on 26 July 2010 to shareholders on the register on 25 June 2010.
The associated ex-dividend date is 23 June 2010.
